COVID-19 Update



As the impact of the coronavirus continues to evolve, we face this unprecedented situation together.  The pandemic is affecting all of us and we wanted to reach out to update you on how we are addressing it at Spinardi & Jones, CPA’s.  Our top priority is to protect the health and safety of our employees, clients and communities.

Starting Monday, March 23rd our office will be closed temporarily, and some of our staff will be teleworking from their homes.  While our physical location will be closed, our people will be available during normal business hours, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.

Spinardi & Jones has taken important steps to become fully equipped with advanced technologies and robust processes that allow our people to be connected, no matter where they are located.  As we make this current transition caused by the COVID-19 outbreak, you will continue to receive the same level of service and accessibility you have always experienced without a break in continuity.

Announce earlier today by the US Treasury, tax filings and payments have been automatically extended to July 15th.  All taxpayers and businesses will have until July 15th to file and make payments without interest or penalties.

Calls and voice messages to the office will be forwarded to our cell phones.  Client meetings will continue to be held via conference calls.
